Battery installation
You can use the app to select the correct inverter brand or check whether the communication cable is in poor contact, or check whether the inverter is working properly if still not work, please contact our after-sales team.
Our batteries can be compatible with the leading brands in the market, such as Victron, SMA, Goodwe, Imeon, Solis, SAJ, Growatt, Luxpower, Voltronic, Deye etc.
Please contact our company’s engineers (hotline or email), we will upgrade the software according to your inverter information and try our best to help you achieve compatibility between the inverter and the battery. However, due to the inverter, we cannot guarantee compatibility.
APEX batteries can be connected in parallel up to 63 units. Please refer to the manual of each model for details.
It will not affect the performance of each battery. APEX batteries use the most advanced battery management architecture to ensure that each battery can perform at its best.
APEX batteries support 0.5C charging and 1C discharging. In order to better protect the battery, we recommend a charge and discharge rate of no more than 0.5C.
APEX batteries can achieve 100% DOD, but long-term excessive use of the battery will cause damage to the battery, even undervoltage, and unable to work. Therefore, APEX recommends that you set the DOD to no more than 90%.
APEX battery has an intelligent BMS management system. When the battery detects that the remaining power is less than 5%, the battery will automatically ask the inverter to recharge the battery to ensure that the battery will not be over-discharged and cause battery damage.
It is necessary to consider the battery DOD, the conversion efficiency of the inverter DC to AC, and the normal capacity attenuation of the battery itself.
The charging voltage is too low, increase the charging voltage.

APP control
APEX batteries support remote control of APP.
You can download it from Google Store(APEX), Apple App Store(APEX) or APEX official website.
Customers can view the battery operation data through APP, installers can achieve communication matching with inverters through APP, and manufacturers can remotely upgrade through APP.
After all APEX batteries are connected to the Internet, we can monitor their operation status on the smart operation and maintenance background, so APEX can provide full life cycle services for our batteries. Once the battery fails, we will know and troubleshoot the fault in the first time, so that customers don’t worry.
We respect personal privacy very much. APEX will only view your battery data with the user’s permission, and we promise the confidentiality of all data.
Working principle
The energy storage inverter is a photovoltaic panel or the grid can charge the battery through the inverter, and can also use the inverter to power the load. The energy storage inverter can be used in both off-grid and grid-connected modes.

Inverter installation
First check your battery model, whether it is a lithium battery or a lead-acid battery, a high-voltage battery or a low-voltage battery, and whether the BMS of the lithium battery has communication function. If it is a low-voltage lithium battery, you need to check whether your lithium battery is in the matching list of our inverter. If it is a lead-acid battery or a BMS without communication, the battery does not need to communicate with the inverter, you only need to check whether the inverter equipment is correct.

Please contact your battery manufacturer and ask them to contact us. We will try our best to cooperate with them to realize the communication between lithium battery and APEX inverter, but the final solution needs to be implemented by the inverter manufacturer. APEX inverter can only cooperate and is not responsible for the final result.

Topcon’s battery efficiency is higher and the attenuation is lower.
HJT/BC has a higher cost and a slightly higher efficiency than Topcon, but Topcon is currently more mature, has more stable performance, and has a lower cost. Topcon will be the mainstream technology in the next three years.
Solar modules can be transported by land, sea or air. They need to be firmly fixed to avoid bumps, high temperature, extrusion and being placed together with flammable and explosive materials.
APEX solar modules adopt the latest production technology and have a higher tolerance to high temperature environments. They can work normally in an environment not exceeding 85 degrees. However, in order to better protect solar energy and maintain the high performance of solar modules, we recommend that the operating temperature of APEX solar modules be controlled below 50 degrees.

Solar panel installation
The current conversion efficiency of APEX solar panels is up to 22.82%, and it is steadily increasing every year.
1% attenuation in the first year, and 0.55% attenuation each year thereafter.
As long as the inverter supports it, you can add solar panels to the system.
The same model of solar panels need to be connected, and the connection voltage of the solar panels of each inverter MPPT must not exceed the voltage specified by the MPPT.
It depends on the operating environment of the solar panels. When the irradiance is 1000 W/m2 and the module temperature is 25°C AM=1.5, the solar panels can reach the maximum power
5400pa on the front and 2400pa on the back.
We recommend that customers purchase suitable brackets according to local wind loads to ensure that photovoltaic panels will not be damaged due to quality problems of the brackets.
